Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead in the development of LNA design; conduct of learning needs assessment using appropriate methodologies; analysis of the learning needs and preparation of LNA reports.
• Conduct and analyze research and engage the SLDU staff in understanding the trends in training development to ensure learning and development programs and tools remain relevant and incorporate best practices in the field.
• Develop concept papers, project proposals, risk assessment, and business development documents for submission to funding agencies and in response to requests from prospective clients.
• Develop macro/micro learning design based on the LNA results; learning contents and identify appropriate tools to use for a variety of delivery platforms.
