Training Technician HR

This position is primarily located in San Luis Potosi MX.

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Training Technician HR. This role is responsible for training production employees, ensuring the correct application of both practical and theoretical procedures, while promoting quality and safety standards in every operation.

• Provide support in executing the onboarding program for new hires.
• Monitor the training of hourly employees at workstations by conducting daily walkthroughs on production lines and areas.
• Sign and stamp Go-Fast forms.
• Manage training and certification forms for hourly employees, ensuring all documents are updated and properly filed in each employee’s record.
