Transactional Attorney

Description We are looking for a Transactional Attorney to support a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Chicago, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to partner with internal teams on a wide range of commercial and vendor agreements while helping the organization manage legal risk and maintain compliance. The role is well suited for an attorney who can provide practical, business-focused counsel in a collaborative hybrid work environment.
