What you´ll do

• Lead the technology transferof products from R&D to the plant, ensuring scalability, operationalefficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate and execute pilotruns and validations in the plant for new formula and packagingdevelopments.
• Act as the technical experton the shop floor, making real-time decisions and managing operationalconflicts.
• Collaboratecross-functionally with Development, Marketing, Quality, Deployment, andR&D to ensure successful product launches.
• Ensure proper implementationof packaging materials and their compatibility with production lines.
