JOB VACANCY: Transformation and Skills Lead

PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe Transformation and Skills Lead will drive transformation delivery across client organisations by managing Employment Equity, Skills Development, and Learnership programmes. The role ensures legislative compliance, supports workforce transformation objectives and maintains audit ready governance and reporting frameworks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Employment Equity diagnostics, committee facilitation, EE Plan implementation, and submission of statutory reports (EEA2 & EEA4).
- Manage Skills Development processes including skills gap analysis, Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs), Annual Training Reports (ATRs), and SETA engagement.
