Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead for major transformation or strategic initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate change management processes, ensuring that all divisions are prepared for transformation.
- Act as key liaison between groups, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.
