Drive high-performance refrigeration fleet operations at SCT Perth from our brand-new, state-of-the-art Forrestfield facility, leading quality, safety, and efficiency. Oversee freight coordination and local distribution, optimise costs, and ensure seamless AM and PM shift coverage.
- Lead a strong safety culture, ensuring full OH&S compliance, incident reporting, and investigations
- Ensure all staff and contractors are properly inducted, trained, and working safely
- Champion safe work practices and continuous improvement across operations
- Oversee transport incident management through internal systems and processes
- Maintain compliance for equipment, assets, and damage reporting standards
- Ensure correct loading, handling, and protection of customer freight
- Drive team development through mentoring and leadership support
- Deliver efficient operations aligned with procedures, KPIs, and timeframes
