Transport Supervisor - Shipping - Antwerp area

As a Transport Supervisor your responsibilities are:

• Set goals/objectives and oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring a strong planning for timely and accurate deliveries.


• Supervise and lead a team (+- 9 fte) of logistics and transport professionals.


• Collaborate with internal teams (like import, export, HQ) and external partners (like carriers / transport partners) to improve supply chain processes.


• Analyze transportation data and prepare reports for management.


• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.

A successful Transport Supervisor should have:
