Transportation Manager

A multi-discipline engineering firm with over 50 years in business is looking for a Senior Transportation Project Manager for their Milwaukee office! This is a hybrid position that includes in office work three days a week and remote work two days per week. Responsibilities: Lead transportation infrastructure projects Establish work plans/staffing for projects Coordinate engineer, technician, and production staff activities Prepare reports, specifications, and communications Assist with business development Conduct meetings with internal teams and clients Supervise design/technical development Ensure project goals are met within time/budget constraints Ensure projects are delivered profitably Prepare design calculations/plans for a variety of design projects Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technicians Mentor/train junior staff Travel to client meetings as needed Requirements: Bachelors degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in transportation or highway design 8+ years ...
