**What You Will Do:**

+ Lead or support strategy and transformation engagements focused on transportation grants, funding programs, and related operational improvements.
+ Assess current-state processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop practical recommendations to improve efficiency, consistency, and client outcomes.
+ Partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to help shape grant-related strategies, workplans, and transformation roadmaps.
+ Analyze data, synthesize findings, and prepare clear deliverables, presentations, and executive-ready materials that communicate insights and recommendations.
