Responsibilities
- Handle travel‑related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations
- Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
- Record all interactions and maintain up‑to‑date documentation
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors
- Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals
