HIRING: Treasury Assistant
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash balances and transactions.
- Assist in managing liquidity to ensure there are sufficient funds for operations.
- Reconcile cash balances across various accounts.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Process wire transfers, payments, and receipts.
- Assist in managing the company’s banking portfolio and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- All gender are welcome
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- 18 years old and above
- High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
