A Treasury Assistant is responsible for assisting in managing a company’s financial activities, specifically its cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
Responsibilities
- Cash Management: Monitor daily cash balances, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs. Assist with the forecasting of cash flows and short-term liquidity.
- Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy of transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Payments and Transfers: Assist in the execution of payments, including transfers, bills, and vendor settlements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Investment Support: Help with the management of company investments and the monitoring of returns on cash and financial assets.
