An established, global medical devices leader is expanding their footprints in Singapore. To support this growth, they are building a greenfield Treasury function from scratch and are looking for a strategic Treasury Manager to spearhead the setup.

About the Job

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this newly created position will spearhead the comprehensive treasury and liquidity operations for the group's key regional entities. The successful candidate will take full ownership of capital management, financial risk mitigation, and corporate governance frameworks across the territory. In this role, the selected professional will direct short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, working capital structures, and regional cash pooling mechanisms while establishing standard operating practices.
