Opportunity Description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Trust Advisory Manager .
In this role you will:- Manage and monitor fiduciary risks, regulatory and tax compliance, and implement appropriate controls for TFS-managed structures.
- Track and assess legal, regulatory, and tax changes impacting TFS business in relevant jurisdictions, escalating risks as necessary.
- Drive timely closure of identified fiduciary, regulatory, and tax issues through agreed action plans, tracking actions to completion and escalating where required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (including IT, transformation, and risk stewards) to design and implement solutions for regulatory, fiduciary, and tax obligations.
