Turnaround Mechanical Planner

The Turnaround Mechanical Planner is responsible for detailed mechanical planning of turnaround activities, from scope validation and task breakdown through work package creation and execution support. This role ensures work packages are comprehensive, safe, and optimized for efficient execution during turnaround events.



Key Responsibilities

" Conduct field walkdowns with operations and personnel to confirm scope and capture all mechanical work requirements

" Develop complete turnaround work packages ready for execution

" Prepare and input job plans into planning systems (IPS) with accurate bill of materials (BOM), energy isolation list (EIL), and documentation

" Coordinate with bag & tag, engineering, inspection, and external contractors for material requisitions, piping spec clarification, and validation of hours
