Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Must have a PRC License.
• Open to Fresh Graduates, but experience in the related field is a definite advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Should be flexible to take on assignments in different properties of RLC Residences (mostly South area: Paranaque, Taguig, Cavite, etc.).

Job Description

• Serves as the representative of RLC during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer.
• Responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from the date of approval for move in.
• Also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to, the inspection of units and common areas.
