As a Tutor, you will:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging sessions that meet the needs of students.Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.Record student progress and report on this weekly.Be understanding, empathetic and patient.Record attendance.Be organised, dependable and creative.Be calm, fair and adaptable. About you:
Nurturing and caring naturePatient, kind and understandingStrong understanding of the National CurriculumOrganisedComfortable to support secondary aged pupils with English, Maths and possibly Science too or comfortable to Mentor young people.Have experience of working with learners with SEN/SEMH needs.
