Job Overview
Job Purpose: Oversee the registration policies and procedures, ensure the timely completion of necessary documentation for the section, and assist clients with their daily requirements.
Responsibilities
- Contract and Data Administration
- Ensure all contract services are managed in accordance with the contract management plan.
- Coordinate the usage of primary data and information to align with emerging trends.
- Ensure all companies within the Freehold are operating with a valid license.
- Prepare necessary documents prior to registration/incorporation of the company.
- Handle company cancellations in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Reserve trade names.
- Review documents submitted by Tenants and verify attestation and legalization.
