Supervise and coordinate the human and material production resources, within the Group’s general manufacturing procedures, in order to continuously achieve production, quality, and service objectives.
Optimize human and material resources to ensure customer orders.
Minimize the consumption of materials and fluids in order to reduce waste and unnecessary usage.
Monitor direct labor (DL) times.
Analyze and coordinate production issues together with the Technical and Quality Departments, and identify and implement solutions and corrective actions.
