Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and solve technical glitches across multiple components of the organization’s communication ecosystem.
- Manage and optimize MS Teams Telephony and Cisco IPT environments.
- Support Direct Routing configurations and maintain SBC (Session Border Controller) health.
- Monitor and troubleshoot end‑to‑end call flows, transfers, and connectivity issues.
- Provide technical oversight for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and legacy systems like Skype for Business (SfB) .
Qualifications:
- Deep experience with Microsoft Teams Infrastructure, Direct Routing, and MTR.
- Hands‑on experience with Sonus (Ribbon) and Cisco SBCs.
- Strong knowledge of legacy Cisco Voice, Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center (WxCC).
- Solid understanding of Enterprise IP Telephony, SIP signaling, and complex call routing logic.
