MCI is a fast‑growing tech‑enabled business services company that delivers CX, BPO, and XaaS cloud technology solutions. We’re building a next‑generation labor marketplace platform and need a UI/UX Designer to shape the entire experience from first click to long‑term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design for the labor marketplace across web and mobile.
• Map user journeys for candidates, employers, recruiters, and workforce managers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using industry‑standard tools (Figma preferred).
• Build a cohesive design system that supports speed, scalability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
