Opportunity Description
We are seeking a dependable, safety‑focused Union Driver to join our team in Frederickson, WA. This position operates on a dedicated local route, collecting garbage or recycling using a Class B automatic truck.

**Compensation & Schedule**
+ The starting wage is $30.49 per hour (91% of full union scale), with the full union scale at $33.51 per hour as outlined in the Teamsters Local 313 agreement.
+ The schedule is Monday–Friday with daily start times between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, occasional Saturdays as needed, and an average workweek of approximately 45 hours.
