Unit Head, Management Reporting & Trade Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Unit Head to join our Management Reporting & Trade Operations team at RHB Asset Management. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance functions, ensuring accurate and timely execution of accounting processes, regulatory reporting, and system enhancements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, front office, and compliance teams, to support strategic decision‑making and operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee Accounts Receivable functions and manage Accounts Payable for non-trade expenses not covered by the Ee Puay team
• Prepare and maintain non-trade schedules, including Sundry Creditors, Management Fees, Investment Manager Fees, and other accruals
• Perform daily Manager Bank Reconciliations and monitor FX balances, coordinating foreign exchange transactions with the Front Office team
