Unit Manager Position

Our client requires a Unit Manager who will take full responsibility for coordinating improved quality nursing care. Essential for this role is a NEONATOLOGY qualification.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage acuities and skill mix to ensure cost effective quality care.
2. Manage all costs emanating from the department.
3. Ensure correct billing, stock management and purchasing.
4. Investigate all negative incidents and capture on IMS.
5. Ensure the unit is providing safe quality patient care.

Key requirements:

1. Registration with SANC as a Registered Nurse.
2. 2 or more years experience in a Private Hospital setting.
