As a Unit Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Shift Managers to supervise food services. Your primary duties will include managing food production, schedule coordination, staff hiring, and the resolution of workplace issues. You'll also monitor compliance with health guidelines and lead workplace inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the production of food service menu items
• Maintain accurate reporting of cash readings and inventory
• Schedule and train food service staff effectively
• Address café patrons' needs enthusiastically
