Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Upwork Bidder role based in Karachi. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, preparing tailored proposals, and submitting bids that align with Technomites Lab’s service offerings in web development, e‑commerce, and digital marketing. The role includes managing and optimizing the Upwork profile, maintaining a strong project pipeline, and tracking responses, conversions, and key performance metrics. The Upwork Bidder will communicate with potential clients, clarify project requirements, coordinate with internal technical and design teams, and help shape pricing and timelines. The position also involves maintaining accurate records of leads and projects, preparing regular performance reports, and suggesting improvements to proposal templates and bidding strategies.
