Key Responsibilities
- Enter information accurately into data collection or inventory management systems.
- Report daily operational abnormalities to the appropriate persons.
- Respond to daily operational issues as directed.
- Support daily Order Tracking and Delivery Coordination as directed.
- Request for Quotation from appropriate person.
- Printing and filing of shipping documents in accordance to customer’s compliance.
- Organized, meticulous and sense of urgency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in freight forwarding industry is a plus.
- Self-reliant and ability to cope independently.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Candidate must be able to work on weekends, if required.
