What You’ll Do
- Lead and design digital campaigns across all channels (social, display, CRM, etc.)
- Manage and mentor creatives
- Partner with strategy, dev, and media teams
- Push for digital innovation on every brief
- Present, pitch, and sell ideas internally and to clients
- Oversee multiple projects (2 large, 1 small)
- Bring 3 fresh ideas to every review
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in top creative agencies
- Highly conceptual thinker – show at least 5 standout projects
- Strategic problem‑solver – 2 solid examples
- Proven record leading major digital campaigns (min 4 examples)
- Deep understanding of digital platforms and tools
- Experience mentoring creative teams
