Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing (intermittent through Nov 2026, then full-time through April 2027)
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
• Schedule:
- 36 hours/week (clinic + OR) - 2 Äì3 OR days/week - 7 Äì10 days/month call (includes 1 weekend) - Potential outreach: 1 Äì2 days/month
• EMR: Epic
• Patients per Day: 16 (clinic)
Requirements
• Board Certified Urologist
• WI license or IMLC accepted
• BLS
• Clean history preferred
