US Audit Review Senior

Key Responsibilities
Perform and review financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS standards
Review audit workpapers, supporting schedules, and financial statements for accuracy and completeness
Conduct risk assessment procedures and identify key audit areas
Evaluate and test internal controls over financial reporting
Execute substantive audit procedures and analytical reviews
Work on audits for Not-for-Profit (NFP) organizations and ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements
Prepare audit documentation and ensure proper audit trail is maintained
Review trial balances, lead schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents
Assist in preparation and finalization of audited financial statements and disclosures
Coordinate with engagement teams and clients for audit queries and information requests
Ensure audit engagements are completed within timelines and quality standards
