- Lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge
- Manage and resolve complex, multi-faceted projects and system implementations supporting strategic transaction banking initiatives across multiple geographies
- Prepare detailed action plans, conduct research/analysis, coordinate UAT efforts, define business requirements, and document procedures/policies
