U.S. General Ledger Senior Accountant

The US GL Accountant is responsible for supporting the general ledger function for Allegro MicroSystems' US entities. This role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant recording of financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP and corporate policies. The GL Accountant will play a key role in the month-end close process, preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting and audits.

What You Will Do

• Prepares monthly US Financial Package.
• Prepares monthly journal entries of US books.
• Prepares balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and implement improvements within the team’s operations.
• Assist in the development and documentation of GL policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other finance teams, sales, and other departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
