User Growth Intern, Singapore Marketing (Fall 2026)

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing intern to join our Singapore Marketing User Growth team. In this User Growth role, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing campaigns to optimise traffic, Share of Voice (SOV), buyer conversion, and longer‑term retention, while ensuring smooth project operations to drive user engagement.

• CRM: Support campaign management to reduce customer churn rate – scope includes execution, data management and analysis
• New User: Maintenance of in-app touchpoints to encourage new buyer acquisition
• Online Marketing: Assist ad campaign execution to boost Shopee's SOV and drive orders – scope involves copywriting, visual creation, and performance tracking and optimisation
• Weekly Competitor Tracking: Assist in competitor analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions
