Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall strategies to reactivate and retain lapsed or inactive GCash users
- Design data-driven programs to increase app visits, engagement, and transaction activity
- Ensure achievement of resurrection and retention business KPIs through high-impact initiatives
- Work closely with Digital Experience, Product, and Marketing Communications teams to build effective in-app journeys and campaigns
- Lead end-to-end execution of segment-based marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
