Role Responsibilities & Job Descriptions

• Handle all incoming support email sent to the support team.
• Provide predefined solutions to known problem.
• Handle license, user account, internal application related request.
• Act as accountability partner on red alert situations.
• Review internal support request.
• Monitor and notify DELMIA Hosted services systems related error.
• Validate pre Go Live requirements for new customer.
• Audit customer Pages for ease of reference. ...
