Utilities Construction Safety Coordinator - NC

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support a growing utilities construction team in the Maxton, North Carolina area. This individual will work closely with field crews and leadership to promote safe work practices, support daily jobsite activities, and ensure compliance with established safety guidelines across aerial electrical utility projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Support daily jobsite safety activities, including distribution of PPE
- Review safety guidelines and daily action items with field teams
- Conduct routine jobsite inspections and document findings
- Participate in investigation and follow‑up processes when safety findings are identified
- Complete administrative safety documentation and reporting
- Partner with operations and field leadership to reinforce a strong safety culture
