Vacancy: Stock Controller – Cape Town, Western Cape

Our Client, a leader in the Chemical Industry, seeks to employ a Stock Controller to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Cape Town area.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate stock records and optimizing stock movement within the warehouse or storage facilities.
• Ensuring minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained.
• Overseeing the receiving of raw materials, finished products and other inventory items.
• Overseeing storage of products, particularly of fragile items.
• Coordinating regular inventory audits on site.
• Verifying and inspecting incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, movements and usage.
• Conducting regular stock counts, reconciliations and audits.
• Performing counts and ensuring all inventory is accounted.
