Validation Engineer

Our Client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Validation Engineer for their Auburn Hills, MI location. Responsibilities:

+ Create test plans for electrical features across the vehicle: cluster, radio, body control module, telematics, and powertrain

+ Develop, maintain, and execute test plans (DVP&R) at the vehicle level

+ Report defects based upon test plan failures

+ Develop and maintain subsystem test benches

+ Root cause analysis of issues found

+ Provide feedback on System Requirements to ensure specs are testable

Requirements:

+ Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science

+ Relevant automotive experience

+ Knowledge of CAN based communication and tools

+ Experience with multimeters and oscilloscopes
