Our client, an established Philippine-based valuation and advisory firm, is currently expanding its business valuation capability and is seeking a strong valuation professional to help build and scale the practice.

The role will handle business valuation engagements across multiple industries, working closely with management on both technical execution and long-term capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform business valuations using DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and asset-based approaches

• Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses

• Prepare valuation reports for audit, regulatory, and transaction-related purposes
