I am currently recruiting for a Valuation Surveyor to work for one of the leading property companies in London. Salary up to £80,000 + Benefits.

The organisation has a fantastic reputation inside the M25 and have been in operation for many years. They have a very specialist team of multi-disciplined individuals and have people situated strategically throughout the region to ensure they offer a first-class service to their clients.

To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they have the need to appoint another Valuation Surveyor on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Valuation Surveyor, you will be spending 70% of your time on residential valuations for properties in excess of £1 million and the other 30% of your time will be on commercial valuations with a big presence in shops, pubs and industrial offices.
