Value Stream Supervisor

Value Stream Supervisor is responsible for executing the production plan with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and productivity. This role ensures that daily operations within the assigned value stream run smoothly and that team members are supported and aligned with operational goals. The position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the Manufacturing & Operations team located in Singapore; it is an on‑site role.

• Oversee and organize the daily workflow and operations of direct reports in the production area for the assigned value stream and shift.
• Responsible for oversight of direct reports including hiring, training, personal development, performance management, career discussions, and discipline.
