Responsibilities

Financial: deliver on targeted monthly brand‑wise volume and value goals, achieve budgeted receivables, and meet daily sales outstanding objectives for the territory. Trade: maintain harmonious PR with trade partners, provide prompt and efficient customer service at all times, and ensure 100% compliance with journey plans. Participate in all team‑building activities and be an effective team‑player at all times. Achieve set KPIs for distribution visibility, BDA implementation, and share of space according to market‑share planograms. Secure primary visibility in the category and explore secondary visibility opportunities. Ensure all‑round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock pressure. Manage trade‑returns within agreed levels.
