Vancouver Grain Loading Superintendent

Lead vessel loading operations as a Grain Superintendent at Bunge’s Vancouver Terminal. Coordinate stevedoring activities and supervise a team for safe and efficient operations.

In this full-time role, you will oversee operations ensuring compliance with shipping requirements. Your leadership will be critical in managing Foremen and Longshore workers while working closely with terminal staff and port authorities. The position requires a commitment to safety and effective logistics management, with hands-on involvement across every shift.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise vessel loading activities with Foremen and Longshore workers
• Assess loading priorities with Terminal Supervisors and Logistics team
• Determine shift personnel requirements and coordinate dispatch
• Direct loading operations to ensure equipment and materials are available
• Liaise with Vessel Master and Chief Officer during loading
