Vector Program Lead - Staffing & People Growth (Hybrid)

Tech Economy is looking for a Senior Manager to oversee staffing and professional development in Singapore. You will support a team of approximately 30–40 members and work closely with various stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and optimize staffing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree. This role follows a hybrid working model, blending remote and onsite activities.
