Job Description

• Conduct Lexus pre-owned vehicle assessments to determine value and condition.
• Provide support to the Lexus Certified pre-owned team by preparing reports and documentation, and customer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance service quality.
• Ensure accurate and efficient administrative processes are followed.
• Utilize analytical skills to present findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in vehicle assessment or administration, experience in automotive is an advantage
