A well-established automotive dealership in Midrand is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Vehicle Stock Controller to manage and oversee all aspects of vehicle stock control. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock records, efficient vehicle flow, and compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all new vehicle stock


• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory at all times


• Capture vehicle details on the system (e.g., VIN numbers, engine numbers, specifications)


• Reconcile stock between physical vehicles and system records


• Liaise with sales, finance, and logistics departments regarding vehicle movements


• Track incoming and outgoing vehicles, including transfers between branches
