Vendor and Contract Analyst

Key Accountabilities

• Support the Global Data Technology (GDT) portfolio of contracts, including new agreements, amendments, and renewals of existing agreements
• Support annual software renewals, forecasting, invoicing, and purchase orders
• Support the appropriate procurement activity to submit and manage intake request post triage
• Support invoice processing for GDT leveraging existing tools and shared services at Manulife
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for GDT vendor management processes
• Work with software support teams and key stakeholders to own and maintain software platform users and asset tracking tools
• Create, own, and maintain software chargeback models to provide monthly cost allocations for Finance and business stakeholders
• Prepare related reporting and analysis as needed, including active software contracts, licensing reviews and spend analysis
