The Vice President, Engineering leads Aspire’s global engineering organization, accountable for transforming our technology foundation into a modern, platform-driven capability that supports digital self-service, AI‑driven, personalized interactions, and scalable global operations. This role partners closely with key group functions and regional business teams, ensuring alignment to group priorities, client commitments, and operational excellence across all markets to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes at global scale.
