Vice President, High Net Worth Underwriting

As we continue to strengthen and scale our High Net Worth (HNW) underwriting franchise, we are focused on building a high‑performing, future‑ready underwriting capability aligned with our ambition to be a leading HNW player in the market. This growth trajectory requires experienced technical leadership to shape underwriting standards, deepen market‑relevant expertise, and ensure disciplined, consistent risk decision‑making as volumes and complexity increase. To support this, we are seeking a seasoned HNW underwriting technical lead with strong industry experience to work closely with the Group Head of HNW Underwriting.

This role will provide hands‑on technical leadership, day‑to‑day underwriting guidance, and mentorship to develop a cohesive, high‑performing team, while also leading and contributing to critical, cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen our HNW underwriting and operating model.
